Muertos draw on March 1st!
This is your final call to enter to join us for Muertos this year... no fee to enter but we will be doing a LIVE draw for transparency (and fun!)
Rules:
Must be available for 10/25 - 11/1
Child must be 6+
Deposit must be paid upon winning ($700) Total cost $3333
To enter all you need to do is to send us an email to hola@somosretreats.com with your name and the age of your child/ren. I will email the winners after the draw and they will have 72 hours to pay the deposit to secure their spot.
Even if you don't win the draw you don't need to miss out: the whole of October is Muertos themed with the first two weeks having a CoCo theme - with different excursions to see some of the influences behind the movie, a treasure hunt in the market with a prize for every child and lots of CoCo/Muertos themed activities.
Our Muertos Warm up week is available to book on the website and will be linked below. That is an all ages event and runs from Oct 18th - 25th. This is one of my favorite weeks because the town is really coming alive with decoration and excitement but is a lot less busy.
We have plenty of other things going on this year - from Foodie Week to Guelaguetza to our always amazing and restful Retreat weeks. There is always a parade or celebration of some sort happening in this magical town!
And finally a reminder that Oaxaca is a wonderful place to vacation at ALL times of year... our Summer - 'hottest' months are in May/June and then the rainy season arrives bringing with it an afternoon or overnight shower (or downpour) that freshens the air and brings cool nights for perfect sleep.
